We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Invoices include GST where applicable. Payment is required before digital downloads are sent or before confirmed consultation times.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. See our Return Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
